Nexar Systems provides the setup and ongoing management of a Google Inbound Lead System designed to improve your business visibility, positioning, and inbound lead generation from search platforms.

This may include:

• Website setup and optimization
• Local search visibility structuring
• Lead capture and conversion system implementation

Specific deliverables may vary depending on your business needs.

2. Billing Structure

By completing payment, you agree to the following billing terms:

• $600 setup fee
• $197/month recurring fee for ongoing management, optimization, and system maintenance

Recurring billing begins after the initial setup phase and continues monthly until cancelled.

3. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment details, you authorize Nexar Systems to:

• Charge your payment method for the agreed amounts
• Store and use your payment method for future recurring billing
• Process automatic monthly charges unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle

4. No Long-Term Commitment

There are no long-term contracts.

You may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and system setup, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you have questions regarding the service, please contact support prior to purchase.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective implementation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Respond to requests for required materials in a timely manner
• Maintain reasonable communication during the setup process

Delays in communication or missing information may impact timelines and results.

7. Performance & Expectations

Nexar Systems implements a structured system designed to improve your visibility and position your business in front of high-intent customers actively searching for your services.

While many businesses experience increased inbound opportunities, results may vary based on factors including market demand, competition, service quality, and geographic location.

Nexar Systems does not guarantee a specific number of leads or revenue outcomes. However, we are committed to building and maintaining a system designed to create the conditions necessary for consistent inbound demand.

8. Service Continuity

Ongoing performance, optimization, and improvements depend on active monthly service.

If the monthly subscription is cancelled:

• Optimization and updates will cease
• System performance may decline over time

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your payment, you acknowledge the services and billing structure outlined above.

You agree to contact Nexar Systems to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
